Given my natural inclination towards excellence and unbounded growth combined with a keen business acumen, I developed a comprehensive and unique approach called Wisdom-based Leadership to inspire executives, emerging leaders, and organizations strive towards progress and transformation that is beyond ordinary.

I obtained my doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Indiana University with a specialization in Business/Consulting from IU’s Kelley School of Business. I received awards and recognition for excellence in my field including an Award for Excellence in Counseling and finalist for the the Academy of Management’s Most Promising Dissertation Award.

One of my core strengths lies in integrating people issues with business strategy, and skillfully utilizing my expertise as a psychologist to create successful leadership and business development outcomes.
